Key Responsibilities

1. Develop the monthly business plan, including commercial proposals aligned with assigned strategic brands (Opel, Peugeot, and Ford).

2. Create all promotional materials and campaigns to support digital and trade marketing efforts.

3. Manage administrative tasks, including incentive administration, ad review, quota calculation, and the drafting of legal terms and conditions.

4. Oversee the creation of new products and control the marketing budget.

5. Coordinate the logistics of POP material and brand activations.

Achievements

Wholesale Channel
I built the brand and identity for Forum’s wholesale channel, giving a distinct personality to the products offered to businesses. As part of this project, I developed a new website, ‘Empresas’, featuring a modern design, key content, and optimized for SEO.

Campaign Optimization
I implemented changes to the strategy of our email campaigns, which enabled the Opel, Peugeot, and Ford brands to improve on key metrics such as open rate, clicks, and the contribution of financed unit sales.

Salesforce
I collaborated on the implementation of Salesforce for the company, acting as the main liaison for Trade Marketing. Based on my feedback, we improved the customer journey and the quality of leads, which directly benefited the sales executives.

Brand Bonus Platform
In my role as Product Manager for Opel, I was instrumental in developing a platform to manage and process monthly financing bonus payments. Opel was selected as the pilot brand for its launch, and its success led to the tool’s adoption by all Executives and Product Managers.
